About me:
I started "birding" while I was studying at the Escuela de Biología, Universidad de Costa Rica. In 1979 I led my first group of birdwatchers, and since then it has been a non-stop.
As a Tour leader, I work for Caligo Ventures, leading tours in Central America, and South America.
As a birder, I have visited North America (USA, Méjico, Canada), Caribbean (Jamaica, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, US & UK Virgin Islands, Saint Maarten, Anguila), Central America (Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica), South America (Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, T&T); Europe (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, France, Hungary, Estonia, Netherlands, Finland, Romania), Africa (Morocco, Namibia, South Africa, Madagascar).
