Yes, I am holding a Red-Winged Blackbird.
She crashed into one of our large living room windows. After I heard the thud, I went outside to investigate. I found the stunned bird and picked her up. A few minutes later, she flew down to the ground. I decided to move her to a more protected spot, but as I approached her to pick her up, she flew up and into the window again! I left her alone and after a few minutes, she flew away.
It was really neat to see the bird up close!
