About me:
I live on about 8 acres in Chester County, Pennsylvania. We have a pond with several ducks and two domestic geese, and hordes of Canada geese winter here. We are a Certified Wildlife Habitat with National Wildlife, and we enjoy attracting wild birds to our property.
I volunteer at a bird rescue & rehab facility, which has allowed me to get a close-up view of many indigenous species, from common songbirds, to raptors and shorebirds.
Finally, I love gardening, having created my first fruit & veg garden in 2008. I'm a reading fanatic, too.
