Cassin's Honeybird (Prodotiscus insignis)

Tiny, dark bird, quite puzzling at first. Feeding in upper levels of trees, though not rapidly active. Greenish cast to wings, white outer tail feathers. Very small, fine bill. Round, puffy head. At times appeared almost tit-like.
