Rufous-browed Peppershrike (Cyclarhis gujanensis)

Notes:
Yellow belly, gray head, broad cinnamon supercilium. Repeated a whistled musical phrase as it moved slowly through the vegetation, then switched to a different phrase and repeated it for awhile.
