Grey-tailed Mountaingem (Lampornis cinereicauda)

Notes:
Observed cinnamon-bellied females in the forest and then saw gorgeous male at the headquarters feeders. Brilliant white throat and postocular stripe; sapphire-blue crown and blue-to-green breast band. Wow.
