Red-legged Seriema (Cariama cristata)

Location: Loma Plata area (Loma Plata, Boquerón, Paraguay)
Notes:
Very tall bird (about four feet?) on fence post -- larger than I'd expected. Long red legs; tuft of feathers at base of upper mandible. Very striking!
