Brown-throated Wattle-eye (Platysteira cyanea)

Notes:
black above; white below; white wing blaze and black breast band; red wattle above eye; song: four whistled notes
This must be one of the few cases in which a bird is named for the female plumage? (Which I finally saw in Bamenda.)
