Can you open it in Excel or something like that?</p> <p>The first thing I would try is replacing all the X's (in the numbers column, not in the bird names!) with nothing. So do Edit &gt; Find and Replace and just leave the "Replace With" box completely blank (no spaces or anything). Then, when you do a replace, it will clear out the number cells that have X's.</p> <p>Birdstack treats a blank value the same way that eBird treats an X.
